Direct Hire Staffing

Our Direct Hire engagements are typically on a contingent and nonexclusive basis so there is no fee due unless you hire a candidate that we present and you can continue your own internal sourcing as well as work with other staffing firms at the same time. All of our direct hire placements are backed by our 90-day guarantee, giving you the ease of mind that we will find you a replacement free of charge.

Contract-to-Hire Staffing

Selecting the right employee is no easy task. The contract-to-hire (also known as temp-to-perm/hire) option allows our clients to onboard and work with a candidate before fully committing to hiring them as a full-time employee. In this model, the candidate will start off as a contractor on our payroll, but working for your company. We would negotiate an hourly bill rate and then you will be billed for every hour that the contractor works. You will then have the option to hire the contractor as a full-time employee should your team see fit.

Contract Staffing

Sometimes you have a gap on the team to fill or you're looking to carry out a specific project and don't need to hire an employee. That's where our contract staffing services come in. Whether you need someone for a few weeks for a new computer rollout or for a few years for a software development project, we have the talent for you. In this engagement we would bill an hourly rate for every hour that the contractor works. Onboard and offboard contractors seamlessly.
